Conditions of Hire:Families and Christian groups with clergy only. No dogs, no smoking inside or out on balconies/terraces (wood everywhere). The guests are asked to respect the peace and atmosphere of the house (No TV). Winter lets on condition of min. 3 rooms (due to high cost of heating). Rooms/house hired per week (Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am). Max 18 persons occupancy. Breakages/damage charged. Prices: Accommodation only: £100 ( July/August: £140 ) - top floor twin, sharing bathroom, per room / week £240 ( July/August: £280 ) - (duplex of twin plus own bathroom) per room / week £160 ( July/August: £200 ) - twin room with own bathroom, per room/ week Prices are per room regardless of single or double occupancy.
